Conversion to boat jumble sales

There are a few items we need to sort out for the boat so, armed with an extensive list of possible purchases, we paid a visit to the Beaulieu Boat Jumble just in case there was something there of interest.

We arrived for the 10 am opening and found what appeared to be the the area for private sellers.  There were quite a lot of stalls there and we quickly found a few bargains and had to lug them back to the car – at this point we realised that what we thought was the section for commercial sellers was also 70% independent sellers.  So off we went again, and yet again made another return trip to the car with a few more bargains. By now it was 2pm (and it was scheduled to finish at 4pm) so, after a refreshment stop which helped us to feel a bit more rested and relaxed, we continued browsing, eventually making our biggest and most expensive purchase, a life raft.  Not much call for those on the Thames I hear you saying, but I was thinking ahead a bit, as it is an absolute requirement for a channel crossing.  So here are some pics of what we got.
