We settled into our winter mooring and got on with some mundane tasks. Serviced the engine and tidied everything up for the winter.
We also went to Zwolle to get Nicki’s replacement ID card and also visited the dentist near the marina.
A couple of days later it was time to take the dogs to the local vet in preparation for the return to the UK.
This time we took the overnight ferry to Harwich. It was a good crossing with dogs sleeping with us in a cabin.
We dropped Bob and Jane off in Newbury then continued on to Merritt for an extended stay with Lesley for her 70th birthday.
We also fitted a trip to London to visit Lucy in her Westminster flat.
